Burns started her career as a model on television in the year 1995 when she played Peg in the popular sitcom in Spanish that was called Out of The Blue. Brooke Elizabeth Burns, an American fitness model and actress as well as a tv personality, is best known as Jessie Owens from the drama Baywatch. The character she played in Shallow Hal, a commercially profitable film from 2001, is the reason she became well-known.
